Our client has an immediate opening for a skilled Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented company in a permanent position with excellent pay and room to advance.

AP/AR Specialist Essential Job Duties:

• Manage invoicing, collections, credit checks, and cash application
• Process ACH payments and enter invoices
• Prepare and file 1099s
• Calculate and process commissions and rebates
• Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Support year-end audit and tax payment processes
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

AP/AR Specialist Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting preferred)
• 2 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Sage 100 and Crystal Reports is a plus
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Pay:

$24-33/hour, based on experience
