You will work closely with engineering and quality teams, performing critical fabrication, inspection, testing, and documentation tasks to ensure safe, effective products for patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble implantable devices according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Device History Records (DHRs).
- Perform and document component inspection and cleaning processes per established procedures.
- Fabricate and inspect subassemblies, top-level assemblies, and packaging in accordance with SOPs and DHRs.
- Accurately record all required data and documentation in compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Technician I: 3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment; experience with medical devices preferred. - Clean room and microscope experience
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulated environments
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality procedures
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
