Electromechanical Assembly and Pack-Out Specialist

Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays)

Compensation: $18 - $19.75/hour (BoE)

• Double-time pay on Saturdays after 50 hours worked

You’ll start your morning in a clean, air-conditioned production facility, reviewing blueprints and work instructions before assembling electronic and mechanical components. Throughout the shift, you’ll use assembly fixtures, hand tools, and power bench tools to build with accuracy, then verify your work with quality checks. You’ll log basic information in Microsoft Excel and Word, pitch in with material handling, packing, and shipping, and operate pallet jacks, walk-behind power lifts, and overhead hoists as needed. Safety and housekeeping are part of your routine—keeping your station organized and your work precise.

• Read and interpret blueprints and follow documented work instructions
• Assemble electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies and finished units using fixtures, hand tools, and power bench tools
• Validate accuracy and quality of completed builds
• Complete basic computer tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Support material handling, packing, and shipping activities
• Operate pallet jacks, walk-behind power lifts, and overhead hoists safely
• Follow all safety procedures and sustain a clean, orderly work area

• Work is performed in a clean, air-conditioned production facility
• Regular standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching overhead
• Lift up to 30 lbs routinely; 31–50 lbs occasionally; over 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
• Use hands for precise manipulation of tools, wires, and components
• Climb ladders occasionally (regularly for shipping duties)
• Ability to safely work at heights (up to 14 feet) during product testing
• Operate powered equipment and lifting devices
