This role focuses on producing high-quality welded components while following established processes, blueprints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be comfortable working independently on the shop floor.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up welding jobs and follow established production processesManufacture parts according to representative samples, templates, fixtures, blueprints, and routersPerform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracyAccurately record production times and job detailsHandle raw materials and finished products safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform basic equipment maintenance and careOperate a tow motor (forklift) as neededMinimum Qualifications2 years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentTIG welding experience preferred (MIG experience a plus)Ability to pass a written and hands-on weld test (H(2F) position with multiple weld sizes)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding printsExperience operating or ability to learn tow motor / forklift operationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyYou should be proficient in:Blueprint ReadingMachines & technologies you'll use:MIG WelderTIG WelderID:qnkTyx
