Production Worker

Job Title: Production Laborer - 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.00 /Hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity:
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting dependable Production Laborers for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and are looking for steady hours with a consistent schedule.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Training: 1 week on 1st shift
• Overtime: Rotating Saturdays required

What You’ll Do:

• Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, bobcats, tractors, and forklifts
• Load raw materials (powder/coal) into automated production systems
• Manufacture gypsum farming pellets
• Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure smooth operation
• Clean hoppers, equipment, and work areas to maintain safety and efficiency
• Move and load finished product within the warehouse
• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling and material handling

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of your shift
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Must provide and wear steel-toed boots
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a front-end loader or similar equipment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
