We’re seeking motivated Sales Representatives at both Junior and Senior levels to help estimate, quote, and sell custom industrial projects and equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Site Evaluation & Scope Development – Visit or assist with project site assessments and help define scope of work based on customer needs.
- Project Estimation & Design – Prepare estimates, assist in developing project concepts, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Quantity Takeoffs & Costing – Perform or support takeoffs for materials, equipment, and structural components; obtain subcontractor bids; prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Quoting & Customer Engagement – Create professional proposals, manage multiple bids, follow up with clients, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Sales & CRM Management – Log and track all leads, estimates, and quotes; proactively follow up to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaboration & Handoff – Work with project management teams to ensure successful project execution from concept through completion.
- Industry Representation – Attend trade shows or conferences as needed to promote company capabilities and generate new business.
Qualifications
Junior Level:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of related experience in sales, estimating, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills; familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD a plus.
Senior Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or agricultural fabrication, construction, or equipment sales.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong technical understanding of process equipment and fabrication.
- Proven ability to manage complex bids and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and construction site environments.
