What You’ll Lead
As a key member of the plant leadership team, you'll be the go-to resource for all things people, culture, and organizational development. You'll:
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Elevate engagement, morale, and retention across the workforce.
- Guide workforce planning, coaching, and performance development.
- Lead engagement survey cycles and implement meaningful action plans.
- Oversee complex employee relations and ensure compliance.
- Strengthen safety, wellness, and culture initiatives in partnership with operations.
- Support staffing strategy and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition.
- Facilitate site-level training and leadership development.
- Use HR and business data to build smart, scalable solutions.
- Lead annual reviews, compensation cycles, and talent discussions.
- Promote community involvement and volunteerism.
What You Bring
- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred).
- Proven ability to lead HR projects and elevate culture, learning, and talent initiatives.
- Strong partnership skills with influence across all levels.
- Analytical, agile, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
