A growing financial advisory practice is seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused Financial Advisor Assistant to support client meetings, financial planning tasks, and daily operations. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, and working with numbers.
What You’ll Do
- Support advisors during client meetings (note-taking, materials, follow-up)
- Complete financial planning data entry and prepare planning documents
- Process paperwork, transactions, and service requests
- Manage client communication and ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain organized, compliant records and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort with data, numbers, and financial documents
- Professional communication and client service
- Experience in banking, accounting, insurance, payroll, or financial services is helpful
