What You'll Do
- Grow a portfolio of commercial clients by identifying opportunities, networking, and building strong referral pipelines
- Consult with business owners to understand financial needs and provide tailored lending and deposit solutions
- Lead the loan process from start to finish: application, analysis, structuring, underwriting support, and closing
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and proactive financial guidance
- Collaborate with senior lenders and internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
- Stay engaged in the community through networking, events, and relationship-building activities
What We're Looking For
- 3 years experience in commercial lending, business development, or financial services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to evaluate credit requests, analyze financials, and make sound recommendations
- Driven, results-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and helping businesses grow
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Location:
Based at a branch office with local client visits (minimal overnight travel).
