Pay

• $19.20–$22.93/hr DOE
• 10% evening / 15% overnight shift differential

Overview

We are hiring23 temporary Manufacturing Specialiststo support production of high-powered fiber lasers. This is a hands-on role withpaid trainingand potential for long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical assembly and fiber handling
• Operate test equipment and microscopes
• Follow work instructions and safety standards
• Enter production data and maintain quality
• Work in a clean room environment

Shifts

• A:Sun–Tues alternating Wed | 5AM–5:15PM
• B:Sun–Tues alternating Wed | 5PM–5:15AM
• C:Thurs–Sat alternating Wed | 5AM–5:15PM
• D:Thurs–Sat alternating Wed | 5PM–5:15AM

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work 8–12 hour shifts and lift up to 15 lbs
• Strong fine motor skills
• Comfortable with repetitive, precise tasks
• Clean room experience helpful but not required

Must be aU.S. Person(citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
