Swiss-Type CNC Lathe Programmer -- Tsugami/Fanuc Specialist

You arrive to a shop where people know your name, ideas travel fast, and quality comes first. After a quick huddle with operators and quality, you load and refine programs on Swiss-type CNC lathes—many of them Tsugami machines equipped with Fanuc controls. You adjust tooling, tighten cycle times, and validate that the path you’ve optimized meets tight tolerances and customer specs.

• Author, refine, and maintain CNC programs for Swiss-type CNC lathes, ensuring stable, efficient production.
• Leverage your experience on Tsugami with Fanuc controls to streamline setups and improve throughput.
• Design machining strategies that enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and extend tool life.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to align programs precisely with customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues on the floor and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with operators, quality, and leadership to hit production and quality targets.

• Hands-on experience programming Swiss CNC lathes.
• Ability to create, edit, and optimize CNC code.
• Proven background machining tight-tolerance precision components.
• Strong blueprint literacy and GD&T expertise.
• Background in aerospace, medical, or other high-precision environments preferred.
