Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join a high-demand engineering environment.
- This is NOT an entry-level role. Only applicants with strong, verifiable industrial maintenance experience will be considered.
- Perform high-level preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Install, align, and commission new equipment
- Read, interpret, and apply technical documentation and schematics
- Maintain facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC support
- Use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and precision instruments accurately
- Maintain safety compliance (LOTO, PPE, equipment protocols)
- Work independently and manage tasks with minimal direction
- Coordinate with vendors and document maintenance activities
Candidates must meet ALL of the following to be considered:
- 4 years of recent, verifiable industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability—must be able to diagnose problems without step-by-step guidance
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, multimeters, and precision measuring devices
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout and industrial safety protocols
- Ability to lift/push/pull 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, bending, working at heights)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong communication skills and accurate documentation abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screen

- Technical/vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Tech, HVAC, Mechatronics, or similar
- Experience running PM programs or training other techs
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industrial facility
- Varying temperatures
- Noise, vibration, heights, dust
- Working with powered equipment
- Fast-paced, hands-on environment requiring quick decision-making
