Review hardware schedules for accuracy and make corrections.
Follow specifications and plans to be sure the items scheduled are in strict

Order materials to meet customer’s delivery requirements cost effectively.
Manage shop workload.
Produce weekly and monthly billing to customers as required.
Communicate with others to assist with the delivery of associated products.
Resolve discrepancies and inaccuracies with architects, contractors and
salesmen as necessary.
Prepare quotes of hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors and frames and
door hardware.
Works with locksmith, technician and other departments to ensure proper keying,
adaption and installation of products.
Follow company policies and procedures.
