Core Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day accounting and financial management functions
- Establish and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies
- Deliver monthly financial reports and present performance insights to leadership
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, Controller, or equivalent)
- Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA designation preferred
