Multiple Paths, One MissionWe’re hiring across two tracks and welcome candidates skilled in either—or both:
- Machine / Industrial Maintenance Technicians
- Property / Facilities Maintenance Technicians
- Diagnose complex equipment issues and perform advanced troubleshooting on plant machinery and facility equipment.
- Read blueprints/manuals to dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble machines accurately.
- Fabricate components and complete welding tasks when needed.
- Partner with production teams to resolve performance bottlenecks and improve uptime.
- Keep your area orderly to meet safety and quality expectations.
- Conduct routine checks and preventative care on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Tackle general building work—painting, drywall patching, basic carpentry, and installing fixtures.
- Preserve curb appeal and tidy common areas and exterior spaces daily.
- Prepare units for move-in and coordinate maintenance schedules for efficient turnovers.
- Inspect safety systems (lighting, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, etc.) and address issues promptly.
- Respond to work orders with professionalism and urgency.
- Log and track tasks in a work order platform; document what you did and what’s next.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, residents, and production staff.
- Schedule and oversee third-party contractors, verifying quality and completion.
- Manage tools, parts, and supplies inventory.
- Follow safety protocols, including OSHA requirements.
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime and reactive calls.
- Pitch in on additional duties as assigned.
- Background in maintenance, mechanical systems, or facilities operations (preferred).
- Strength in troubleshooting and repairing varied systems and equipment.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or industrial systems.
- Well-organized with strong communication skills.
- Self-directed, able to juggle multiple priorities.
