Your mission: keep the supply chain in motionEnsure every item is accounted for, protected, and moved with care. As the go-to for inventory movement and dock activity, you’ll support multiple departments and deliver exemplary service to internal and external customers. When needed, you’ll operate a forklift to transport goods around the facility, always adhering to all Flowserve safety requirements.How you’ll make an impactOwn inbound: unload trucks, unpack materials, and confirm contents against the bill of lading and packing list.Collaborate with Purchasing and other teams to resolve any packing list discrepancies.Inspect arrivals and apply damage identification as required.Record materials received on the correct purchase orders and route documentation to the appropriate personnel.Enter receipts into the ERP system within 24 hours.Pull parts from storage, stage materials, and verify outbound orders.Package outbound shipments to ensure contents arrive undamaged.Handle filing and archiving of all shipping/receiving documents.Follow warehouse processes and maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.Other duties as assigned.What success looks likeBasic computer literacy, including effective use of Microsoft Office.Reliability to work occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends.Physical readiness to stand for extended periods; walk extensively; kneel, twist, and bend.Able to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally buddy-lift/move more than 100 lbs.Visual abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and adjustable focus.Comfort multitasking in a production environment with multiple product changeovers.Willingness to learn and cross-train across functions.Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak the "language of logistics."Your backgroundPrevious material handling and forklift experience preferred.Forklift certification preferred.Familiarity or working knowledge of ERP systems.Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.High school diploma or GED; 0–2 years of relevant experience.
