Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce machined parts per blueprints.
Understand and follow work instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.
**Inspect
** machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and other hand-measurement tools.
Load and unload parts efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards.
**Monitor
** machine operations for defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
**Change tools
** as required to maintain accuracy and tolerances.
Perform data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accurate production tracking.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience or equivalent training.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with hand-measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience operating multi-axis CNC machines is a plus.
Education:
