Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all financial transactions and accounting functions for the city.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial practices.
- Serve as the official custodian of city records, including minutes of meetings and official documents.
- Coordinate city elections and maintain voter registration records.
- Assist the City Council and other departments with administrative tasks and financial planning.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems.
