• Tues–Sat | 8:00am–4:30pm
• Thurs–Mon | 7:00am–3:30pm
• Sun–Thurs | 1:00pm–9:30pm
  Two weeks paid training
  5-panel drug test & background check required (includes THC)

OverviewThe Dispatcher manages day-to-day route operations for ADA-certified customers, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective service. This role requires strong communication with drivers and clients, and the ability to monitor operations while maintaining quality and morale.
Key Responsibilities

• Take client calls and communicate service issues to drivers and managers
• Monitor radio, telephone, and on-road service for quality assurance
• Track driver sign-ins/outs and daily route performance
• Assign trips to drivers to ensure equitable distribution across routes
• Monitor daily system performance and participate in operational analysis
• Support positive employee morale and customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year dispatch experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong professional phone manner and high customer service commitment
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Trapeze software
