As a CNC Machinist working primarily on Doosan and Fadal equipment with Fanuc controls, you will own the process—ensuring every component meets exact specifications on schedule.What Your Day Looks LikeSet up and run CNC mills and lathes (Doosan, Fadal) using Fanuc controls; apply tooling setups, manage work and tool offsets, and dial in cutter compensation for tight tolerances.Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to plan the most efficient path from raw material to finished part.Complete first-article approvals and execute in-process checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision metrology tools.Multitask efficiently across multiple machines, deburr parts between cycles, and prepare stock on automatic band saws.Keep a safe, orderly work area aligned with established health and safety protocols.Collaborate with peers and supervisors to maintain flow and hit quick-turn deadlines.Tools and Tech You’ll TouchCNC mills (3–4 axis VMC) — Fanuc, DoosanCNC mills (5 axis VMC) — Fanuc, HaasManual mills and lathes (as needed)Automatic band saws, general shop tools, and inspection equipmentWhat You Bring2 years in CNC machining or similar manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with mills and lathes; familiarity with Doosan and Fadal preferred.Strong command of G-code and M-code with Fanuc control experience.Solid shop math, machining fundamentals, and the ability to self-verify quality.Detail orientation, mechanical aptitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.ProficienciesGD&TCNC ToolingTroubleshooting SkillsG-CodeM-CodeManual Machining SkillsWhy You’ll Like Working HereSteady, full-time schedule with overtime available.A supportive, safety-focused culture.A small team that values craftsmanship, precision, and collaboration.
