About the Role Step onto a high-throughput production line where you’ll build complex systems that power heavy equipment. Working with guidance ranging from close oversight to moderate independence, you’ll assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components by following manuals, diagrams, and established work instructions. You’ll rely on hand tools, power tools, gauges, and pneumatic equipment to deliver reliable, precise builds—every time. A Day in the Life Install hydraulic and electrical components with accuracy and speed, guided by diagrams and product knowledge.Join and secure parts with bolts, screws, rivets, cotter pins, spaced clips, and other fasteners using hand tools and pneumatic power tools (including impact wrenches).Position and secure engine block components to truck bodies using wrenches, hammers, and power hoists.Assemble subassemblies, power modules, and fan housings; set precise fan clearance using torque wrenches and other hand tools.Operate drills, riveting machines, and hydraulic crimping machines as needed.Identify, distribute, and stage parts to the correct workstations to keep flow on schedule.Test completed assemblies to confirm proper installation and functionality.Operate forklifts and cranes/hoists when required to move materials and assemblies safely.Capture work order details and inventory movements with high accuracy.Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as assigned. What You Bring Background in mechanical assembly or manufacturing (preferred).Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and written instructions.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, gauges, and pneumatic equipment.Comfort working in a fast-moving, team-based production environment.Experience with forklifts and cranes/hoists is a plus (or willingness to be trained).Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.Bring your craftsmanship and teamwork—help us build quality products that perform in the real world.
