What You’ll Do
As the On-Site Account Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for both the client and temporary associates. Your responsibilities will include:
Program Implementation
- Launch and manage on-site staffing programs.
- Support new account setup, including timelines, retention strategies, and SOP development.
- Create Express handbooks and job descriptions.
Employee Relations
- Spend time on the floor building relationships and addressing concerns.
- Conduct orientations, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
- Handle counseling, compliance communication, and risk management claims.
- Lead retention programs and facilitate ongoing training.
Client & Vendor Relations
- Build strong partnerships with client leadership and staffing vendors.
- Coordinate job orders, pricing, and service reviews.
- Track vendor performance and lead partner meetings.
Program Management & Reporting
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting through SimpleVMS.
- Track key metrics like turnover, fill rates, and retention.
- Oversee safety programs and participate in safety committees.
