Assistant Project Manager

The Project Manager Assistant – PEMB is responsible for driving projects to completion by managing

punch lists, coordinating closeout activities, and ensuring all final deliverables are completed accurately

and on time. This role supports Project Managers by expediting the final phase of construction and

reducing project carryover.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring jobs are closed efficiently, professionally, and with a high

level of customer satisfaction.

t• Create, manage, and track punch lists for all active and nearing-completion PEMB project

s• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to complete punch list item

s• Verify completion through documentation, photos, and communicatio

n• Escalate items that may delay completio

nProject Closeout Executio

n• Lead closeout process from substantial completion to final completio

n• Collect and organize all required closeout documentation including as-builts, warranties, manuals, inspections, and lien waiver

s• Coordinate final inspections and occupancy approval

s• Ensure all contractual requirements are me
