Quality Control Technician
Location: Santa Paula, CA
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Control Technician to join a growing manufacturing and warehouse team. This role is responsible for inspecting finished products, testing equipment, and ensuring all items meet quality standards before shipment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with tools, and maintaining high standards, this position could be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and test products to verify they meet required specifications
Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Record and report inspection results, communicating any needed adjustments
Collaborate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
Identify and troubleshoot quality concerns efficiently
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
