Job Title: IT Systems Specialist

Location: Camarillo

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Pay: $26.00 – $31.00/hour

About The Role

We’re looking for an IT Systems Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to end users. This role involves troubleshooting computer hardware, network devices, and software issues, as well as supporting senior IT staff on projects and system administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for end users, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
• Help with network tasks such as configuring devices, VPNs, and ethernet cabling.
• Support IT projects like deploying new systems or retiring old ones.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues (CPU, RAM, storage, motherboards).
• Set up and configure mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Manage helpdesk tickets and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Follow IT documentation and procedures carefully.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s in IT or related field preferred.
• 2 years of IT support experience, including Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, hardware upgrades, and networked devices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish preferred).
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Microsoft certifications (MCDST, MS-900, SC-300) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IT in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery processes.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) a plus.

Physical Requirements
