Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support production staff throughout daily operations
- Ensure workflow efficiency and adherence to quality, safety, and GMP standards
- Monitor setup, cleaning, calibration, and performance of production machinery
- Maintain detailed production logs and documentation
- Troubleshoot line issues and escalate as needed
- Learn and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn industrial equipment maintenance
- Forklift experience or ability to certify
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand/walk for 10-hour shifts
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs
