Role Description The Technical Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Waterford, MI supporting clients with their technical and professional hiring needs. This role involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings with clients, drafting and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments. The Technical Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements, presenting qualified candidates, and facilitating offers and onboarding. The role requires regular use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), accurate documentation of recruiting activities, and adherence to all applicable employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong recruiting capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end search and placement for technical and professional roles.
- Experience with Hiring processes, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer facilitation, and onboarding support.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of basic employment laws, recruiting best practices, and equitable hiring standards.
- Prior experience in agency recruiting, staffing, or technical recruitment strongly preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
