Service Coordinator

Location: Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Onsite

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour (DOE)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support a busy mechanical contracting company in Sacramento. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with project teams, manage service requests, and handle key accounting and customer service functions. Long-term potential based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service activities and communicate with technicians, vendors, and clients
• Answer phones and respond promptly to customer emails and requests
• Process and track work orders, invoices, and purchase orders
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Prepare and update reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed
• Assist management with additional administrative and clerical duties
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with Foundation Software preferred (not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
