Duties
- Design and decorate cakes to meet company standards and customer expectations
- Oversee and supervise the cake production line and support staff
- Maintain quality and consistency in all cake designs
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards in the cake department
- Collaborate with bakery management to develop new designs and seasonal offerings
- Provide training and guidance to cake decorating team
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors
- Proven experience in cake decorating/design
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods
