Maintenance Mechanic - Skilled Manufacturing & Assembly
Pay: $28 to $30, based on experience
Location: Pataskala, Ohio

What You'll Do:
Perform repetitive assembly operations using hand and power tools • Operate machinery and equipment to support production goals • Gather materials, check quality, and ensure correct dimensions for assembly • Label and prepare finished products according to paperwork • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA guidelines • Detect and report defective materials or unsafe conditions • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required • 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Ability to read a tape measure accurately • Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions • Comfortable working around machinery, airborne particles, and noise • Must follow all safety protocols including PPE requirements • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform bending, kneeling, and climbing • Reliable, energetic, and results-driven attitude • Must pass background check and drug screen • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
