We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage (but not required), as we aim to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle outbound calling initiatives to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our office management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.
  • Working within a finance or tax environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance service capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology for managing customer interactions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
