GMAW Production Welder/Fabricator

Step into a hands-on role supporting a local client where your MIG (GMAW) skills keep production moving. From reading blueprints to fabricating parts and running basic machining operations, you’ll own your work from start to finish on a steady day shift.

• Perform MIG production welding with consistent quality and throughput
• Fabricate and fit parts for component build-outs
• Use basic machining techniques to prep and finish parts
• Operate a plasma cutter and various saws as needed
• Interpret blueprints and follow welding setups for production
• Safely move materials; forklift operation is preferred

• Hands-on MIG welding experience (vocational training or equivalent on-the-job experience)
• Comfort with basic machining and fabrication practices
• Ability to read blueprints and follow standardized welding setups
• Experience with plasma cutting and saws; forklift experience is a plus

• Day shift, Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (with overtime when needed)
• Compensation: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
