Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (Midland, TX)
Specialized Recruiting Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Midland, TX. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience handling financial transactions, invoices, and accounting systems.
Pay: $20 – $25/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Benefits Available
Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Manage open invoices and payment tracking
- Review and reconcile financial records
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial reports
- Work with ticketing systems and accounting records
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of AP/AR experience
- Experience managing open invoices and financial transactions
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
