The Opportunity
As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead project teams, mentor emerging talent, and collaborate closely with architects, developers, planners, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance how people live, work, and connect
You'll be involved in every phase of the design process from visioning and concept development through permitting, construction documentation, and project implementation. What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field
- Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) required
- 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and site design
- LEED AP accreditation is a plus
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to move seamlessly from concept to construction
- Experience with large-scale mixed-use developments, master planning, and visioning projects
- Exceptional site planning skills with an understanding of grading, topography, and site engineering principles
- Strong hand graphics, conceptual design, and presentation abilities
- Experience preparing construction documents and navigating permitting processes
- Knowledge of zoning regulations, ordinances, and code compliance
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and ownership mentality
- Passion for mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture
