We are looking for Production Associates to join our team!
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and production targets. This position also involves working on a production line, assembling products, packaging, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Location: Meriden and Hartford areas
Pay rate: $17-22/hr depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble, pack, or inspect products according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
Meet daily/weekly production quotas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior experience in manufacturing or production (a plus but not required)
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
