• Pay: $20–$22/hour
• Location: Windsor Locks, CT
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Metal Heat Treating Operator, you’ll help ensure parts are processed correctly and meet required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring industrial heat-treating furnaces
• Loading and unloading parts and materials according to established procedures
• Monitoring furnace temperatures and maintaining accurate production records
• Performing routine equipment checks and reporting equipment issues
• Following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Inspecting materials to ensure production requirements are met
• Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or heat-treating experience preferred
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
