Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Locations: Berlin & Manchester, CT
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor heat treating furnaces and related equipment
- Load and unload materials according to specifications
- Track temperature settings, cycle times, and cooling processes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and production standards are met
- Maintain accurate production and processing records
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as needed
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in heat treating, manufacturing, or industrial production preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
