We are seeking a Assembly/Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring the production line operates efficiently and safely.This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and teamwork!Location: North Branford, CTCompensation: $17/hrSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pmJob Responsibilities:Assemble products or components according to blueprints, work orders, or schematicsOperate production equipment and tools safely and efficientlyPerform visual inspections and quality checks of finished productsPackage, label, and prepare items for shipmentPerform crimping, tinning, labeling, twisting small wires, and inserting small gauge wiresFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesCommunicate any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisorMeet production quotas and timelinesParticipate in team meetings and continuous improvement activitiesQualifications/Experience:Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assemblyExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 30-50 lbs]Basic math and reading skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentIf you are a dedicated and hardworking individual looking to grow your career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply!
