Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking a skilled Filler Operator on the 1st Shift.
Pay: $21.73 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Fridays as needed to meet weekly production goals
- Fill Bullseye containers accurately and efficiently.
- Keep production lines running by stocking robotic equipment with the packaging supplies needed for continuous operation.
- Fill and handle 5-gallon containers (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height).
- Fill and label 30-gallon drums according to production requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products are properly filled and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
