Our client in Mentor, OH is looking for talented TIG Welders to join their growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to take your welding career to the next level.

Available Shifts:
🔹 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
🔹 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate:
💲 $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
✅ Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
✅ Read and analyze blueprints, work orders, and specifications
✅ Operate safety equipment and maintain safe work habits
✅ Lay out, align, and secure parts and assemblies
✅ Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of metals, including aluminum and stainless steel
✅ Set up and maintain welding equipment, select materials, and monitor fitting and welding processes
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
🔹 Experience welding aluminum sheet metal (2 years preferred)
🔹 Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
🔹 Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
