Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and service-driven Recruiter to support staffing needs across our growing restaurant chain. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including servers, cooks, managers, and support staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume hiring, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the unique demands of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district and store managers to assess hiring needs across multiple locations
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, in-person events, and referrals
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication
• Organize and attend hiring events, open interviews, and job fairs
• Ensure all new hires meet brand standards, health/safety compliance, and company values
• Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly hiring status updates
• Support onboarding process in coordination with store managers and HR
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
• Promote a positive candidate and new hire experience
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Experience hiring hourly team members and management roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions across locations
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
