Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Weslaco, TX

Pay Rate: $10.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday (schedule may vary based on workload)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join a wood supply company in Weslaco, TX. This role involves assisting with the loading, unloading, and handling of wooden materials, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload wooden materials, including finished products and raw materials.
• Inspect materials for quality and report defects to supervisors.
• Stack and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Collect and prepare materials for orders, including palletizing for shipment.
• Organize and store materials efficiently in coordination with warehouse staff.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
