Duties:

·         Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional face-to-face and phone service.

·         Rent storage units and assist customers in selecting the space that best meets their needs.

·         Sell storage-related merchandise and maintain accurate inventory.

·         Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.

·         Complete daily bank deposits.

·         Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.

·         Assist with the day-to-day operation and appearance of the facility.

·         Perform routine property and facility checks and report maintenance issues as needed.

·         Keep the office and common areas organized and presentable.

·         Use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

·         Walk throughout the facility regularly to assist customers and monitor the property.

·         Work at other nearby locations when business needs require.

·         Perform other duties necessary to support the successful operation of the facility.

What we look for...

·         At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

·         Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         A friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.

·         Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

·         Property maintenance, leasing, retail, or management experience preferred.

·         The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

·         A strong sense of accountability and reliability.

·         A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

·         Flexibility to work weekends during our busier Fall and Spring seasons.
