Role Description
The Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located in our Manassas, VA office. In this role, the Coordinator will manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with clients and candidates, assisting with hiring needs, providing excellent customer service, and creating marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and outreach. The Coordinator will also support office operations and team goals.
Qualifications
