About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions to commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and property managers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and cost estimates for HVAC projects
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure accurate specifications
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC commercial sales or related field
