Now hiring a facility maintenance technician for a business who maintains residential, commerical and industrial buildings. Looking for someone who can do handyman repairs, coordinator vendors and contractors, perform preventative maintenance and get rentals ready for new tenants.

Salary: Up to $70,000/year

Schedule: Day shift

Must be willing to work on-call rotation
