Schedule: 1st Shift (hours may vary by client)
Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
- Work with tight tolerances and follow detailed specifications
- Complete metal finishing, including grinding and polishing
- Safely operate an overhead crane when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience (MIG required)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Experience with hand tools and grinders preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
