## Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.

• Operate various fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, and hand tools.

• Ensure all fabricated components meet quality standards and specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate with team members to improve fabrication processes and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

• Assist in training new team members on fabrication techniques and safety practices.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in fabrication or machining is a plus.

• Proven experience in fabrication, welding, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a fabrication environment.
