Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
- Read and interpret service manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Travel to customer sites as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous field service, maintenance, or mechanical repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
