From the first inspection of the morning to the final sign-off at the end of the day, you keep heavy construction machinery safe, reliable, and ready to work. You’ll move from scheduled services to urgent diagnostics, tracking down mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues so our equipment performs at its best.
What you’ll handle- Conduct routine services and corrective repairs on heavy equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems
- Inspect machines for safety compliance and performance concerns
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Rebuild and repair engines, transmissions, brake systems, and hydraulics
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic is preferred
- Familiarity with CAT, Komatsu, John Deere, or comparable brands
- Proficient at troubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Strong safety mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality work
- Capable of lifting heavy parts and working outdoors when needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Full-time position
